How do I intall UC Browser on my iPhone?
- Download UC Browser through your App store. After installation, enter your Apple ID and password.

- UC Browser’s forum mode is able to support most forums; however, there are still a minimal amount of forums that is still in process.
How do I use “reading mode”?
- UC Browser will automatically switch to reading mode when you are reading.
How do I delete my address input history?
- UC Browser will match the website input to possible websites through surfing history and bookmark. If you can’t delete the history, that is because this website is saved in your bookmark.
How come I can’t find my bookmark?
- It may be due to the fact that you are low on memory. You may delete some unused apps on your phone to restore my bookmark.
How come I have to log in every time I visit the forum?
- If this occurs, it probably means that something is wrong with your user cookie, causing the forum mode not able to identify your previous mode. By using different access point, different phones to visit the forum will all cause the cookie to change.
“Save/switch user” notice?
- Save user: UC Browser is able to save user account into the cell phone, so that next time, information will be entered automatically.
Switch users: switch to the user account previously used. How come the downloading speed is getting slower when I download?
- 1. When downloading big size files to your SD card, because the SD card is still in reading mode, which will decrease the working ability, thus the downloading speed will be slower.
2. You may use fragmented downloading method, this way, after finishing partial download, the software to reconnect to the server, allowing the speed to increase from 0. How come I can’t open the downloaded files?
- 1. Change the download path to “save to phone”, and re-download the file.
2. Use system browser to download the file. How come the title of the downloaded file is unrecognizable?
- 1. It could be word stock’s problem; you may update your word stock or return to default setting.
2. If you are using a theme that is downloaded or installed from an independent website, it may have compatibility issues, thus changing your theme or uninstalling the theme may solve the problem. What is “-14/-20”?
- This is because the file title is unrecognizable, which results in some files not usable, or can’t read default file data.
Solution:
1. You may change the default download path to other lists;
2. If the above cannot solve the issue, and your files are downloaded to your memory card, you may save a backup file of your memory card files, then use restore/formatted memory disk for restoration. How come the shortcut key combination is not working?
- You must click on the keys by its sequence in order to activate the shortcut key combination function.
For example, for combination #2， you must press # first, then press 2.
Solution:
Change system setting, go to page break to set the page size, in order to avoid abnormal loading when page size is overly large.
